The needs of our customers are your top priority. You are responsible for …

• • technical customer consulting and support in Switzerland, focusing on the German-speaking part with an option for the French-speaking part / Ticino 
  • travel activities with our chemical mobile in direct sales for the areas of chemistry, cleaning, fats & oils, as well as additionally the complete winkler program
  • maintaining and expanding customer relationships, i.e., recognizing customer potentials and actively pursuing revenue increases 
  • active sales, preparing offers, and conducting promotions
  • independent parts identification and complete order processing in SAP
  • developing the assigned sales area in collaboration with colleagues
  • collaborating in a partnership with the internal and external sales teams 
  • handling returns and special procurements for our customers

As a communicative team player, you have …

• a commercial or technical education, preferably in the workshop area
• ideally experience in the sales of chemical and cleaning products, automotive or commercial vehicle parts, or in tool trading, as well as a good technical understanding
• a high service and customer benefit orientation
• a reliable, self-responsible, and goal- and solution-oriented working style
• a pronounced customer orientation and team ability 
• a Class B driver's license
