Plant Operator: Wernli

Your future main tasks:
- You will take responsibility for monitoring and operating a Wernli production facility
- You will ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations
- You will actively engage in our KVP and contribute your improvement ideas
- You can resolve minor disturbances in the facility
Your ideal qualifications:
- You have completed basic training (ideally in the food sector) or have experience in plant operation
- Your technical understanding of plants and machines sets you apart
- Your good German skills (spoken/written) are essential
- You appreciate the benefits of working in a 2-shift model (Monday to Friday)
