To strengthen the team, a committed individual is sought who professionally manages customer service and order processing, acting as an interface between sales, production, and customers. - Monitoring the entire order processing including invoicing
- Preparation of key figures and SAP evaluations for controlling
- Coordination between production and customers for process optimisation
- Handling quality notifications and managing relevant master data
- Several years of experience in order processing or internal sales required
- Solid SAP knowledge and confident use of MS Office
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally mechanical manufacturing
- Willingness to support and guide commercial trainees
- Flexible working hours
