Function objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, in particular:
- Company law and corporate governance
- M&A transactions
- Corporate structuring
- Finance law
- Capital markets law
- Restructuring and insolvency law
✓ Regulatory, legal and tax project management for a broad portfolio of corporate structuring
✓ Notarial certification of contracts
✓ Conducting client meetings on corporate law topics and regulatory approval issues
✓ Drafting and/or reviewing contracts, regulations, financing documents as well as responsibility for corporate governance matters
✓ Negotiating with client stakeholders, authorities and other service providers
✓ Representing clients before courts and arbitration tribunals
✓ Participation in the development of new products and services
✓ Active collaboration in an international team
✓ Participation in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI
