- Warmly welcoming, advising, and bidding farewell to guests
- Reception with an overview – but without the dull office routine

- À la carte service and support in the restaurant
- Variety between reception, service, and guest care
- Participating in and leading banquets, events, and special occasions
- Support in marketing / responsibility for social media campaigns

- Joy in guest contact and a strong service orientation
- Completed training in hotel communications and experience at reception and/or in service is an advantage
- Very good German skills, good English skills (French skills are an advantage)
- Organisational talent, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
- Friendly demeanour, team spirit, and quality awareness
- Willingness to take on varied tasks between reception and service
- Initial experience in marketing is desirable
