- You coordinate and process contract, object, and service changes, ensuring high data quality.
- You create meaningful reports and key figures for internal and external stakeholders.
- You analyse cost and revenue developments and support budget and forecast processes.
- You further develop billing models and contribute to the calculation of new services.
- You drive the continuous improvement and standardisation of billing processes.
- You are the professional contact person for questions regarding subscription billing.
- You support the further development of our CRM solutions and digital processes.
- You conduct training sessions and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer within the organisation.
- You have a commercial or business administration basic education.
- You bring professional experience in billing, contract management, controlling, or facility management.
- You understand business contexts and think process-oriented.
- You are passionate about numbers and analyse complex issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You work precisely, reliably, and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
- You communicate confidently in German and address your audience appropriately.
- You use Excel and MS Office securely and efficiently in your daily work.
- You convince through initiative, responsibility, and a high quality standard.
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and see yourself as a team player.
