About the job
Your mission:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding, among other things, their insurance coverage, benefit reimbursements, premium invoices, via telephone, email and chat
- Analyse insurance coverages, advise customers, prepare offers and achieve your sales target
- Process contract modification requests, enter them into the customer management system and confirm the changes in writing
- Answer questions from external sales partners and support them in preparing offers
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or have experience in the insurance field or in a customer service role
- You place great importance on customers and service quality; you have highly developed communication skills and enjoy advising and selling
- You work precisely, efficiently and reliably, have an analytical mind, excellent teamwork skills and are comfortable with IT tools
- You are a native French speaker and have a professional level (minimum B2) in English and/or Italian and/or German
