Your tasks
To strengthen the finance department in Marsens:
- Support and advise budget holders in preparing and monitoring their budgets as well as providing the analyses required for the financial management of their activities; introduction of instruments for financial controlling and reporting
- Participation in the preparation of cost accounting by cost centres according to REKOLE® as well as in the preparation of key figure overviews and statistics
- Support and accompany projects according to the needs of the institution and the department
- Substitution for colleagues in the controlling team
Desired profile
- Higher education in finance, controlling or business administration (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent education)
- Solid professional experience in controlling, ideally in a hospital or healthcare institution
- Excellent Excel skills and confident handling of common IT applications
- Analytical thinking, careful working method and service orientation
- Strong social skills and confidence in working with the managers of the various departments and services
- Excellent oral and written French skills and good German skills
