As a Bar Intern, your main tasks will be:

• Welcoming guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assisting bartenders in preparing and serving drinks.
• Taking orders and ensuring their correct transmission.
• Serving drinks and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Participating in setting up and restocking the bar.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Clearing and cleaning tables and the counter.
• Adhering to hygiene, food safety standards, and internal procedures.
• Participating in inventories and stock control under team supervision.
• Discovering and learning mixology techniques, service, and establishment standards.
• Contributing to sales promotion by offering bar specials and deals.
• Collaborating with catering teams to ensure a quality guest experience.

You will recognise yourself if:

You are a student at a school recognised by the CCNT Hotel and Catering Agreement.
