YOUR TASKS

• Organization, planning, and appointment scheduling for the anesthesia consultation
• Review, supplement, and assessment of patient records including requesting missing documents
• Conducting and coordinating the consultation
• Preoperative preparation of surgical patients (vital signs, blood draws, ECG, nursing anamnesis, medication recording)
• Ensuring complete documentation and follow-up
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with anesthesiologists and attending physicians

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Several years of experience in a surgical environment/acute hospital
• Very good IT user skills
• Structured, efficient, and independent working style
• High resilience and strong organizational skills
• Very good German skills (at least B2)

• High concentration ability and precise work even under time pressure and interruptions
• Strong sense of responsibility and networked thinking
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients
• Teamwork skills and ability for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
