Tasks

- Support inventory management and maintain forklift vehicles.

- Good physical fitness and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.

Sativa has been committed since 1998 to the breeding, production and marketing of organic seed for vegetables and cereals. We are looking for people who want to join us in promoting organic seed.
To strengthen our team, we are seeking a qualified and experienced employee in Organic Seed Logistics (80 - 100%) (m/f/d) from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
Your area includes the following tasks:
- Inbound, outbound and internal transfers in various storage areas (including reach truck)
- Picking of internal and external orders in the warehouse area
- Processing customer orders in the pallet warehouse with bagged goods
- Support of warehouse management software and goods lifts
- Warehouse management of the external warehouse in Germany and preparation of imports
- Conducting inventories
- Maintenance of forklift trucks
What you should bring:
- Experience with merchandise management and WMS systems, as well as a strong IT affinity
- Good German and English skills
- Independence, confident work organisation, teamwork and seasonal resilience
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Driving licence category B
