A completed training is not necessarily required. If you have practical experience and know how work is done on a construction site, you are welcome with us.

Experience on construction sites - especially in road construction, civil engineering, or as a reinforcement worker is an advantage.
Motivation and commitment - you are ready to work physically and take initiative independently.

Thinking ahead instead of just following instructions - you see the work and don’t wait for every step to be explained.
Serious and respectful behaviour - towards colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
Quality and clean work - you want to see what you have achieved at the end of the day.
German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian are welcome with us.
Training is not a must. Good practical experience, a positive attitude, and reliability are more important to us.
