Your tasks
- Professional and patient-oriented care and support in a rehabilitative environment
- Accompanying patients during their rehabilitation process
- Independent execution and documentation of the nursing process
- Close collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialist departments
- Active shaping and further development of nursing processes and interprofessional collaboration
- Support in the induction of new employees as well as supervision of trainees and students
- Taking shifts in early, late and night duty as well as on weekends
Our requirements
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in rehabilitation nursing or interest in training in this specialist area
- Enjoyment of holistic and individual care of patients
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Team spirit and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- If holding a foreign diploma: recognition by the SRK
