About the job
Your Tasks
As a committed professional, you take responsibility for the night operations. You competently ensure the care and safety of our residents (48 care places and WohnenPlus). You are supported by a care and support staff member. As a member of the night watch team, you share responsibility for complete information flow and are responsible for carrying out the nightly care processes.
Your Profile
Secondary level education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, Elderly Caregiver, Home Caregiver, etc.)
Tertiary level education (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
At least two years of experience in long-term care
Resilience, understanding, patience and empathy for elderly people, ability to work in a team
