In this demanding, challenging role, you are responsible together with a well-coordinated team for the direct care and nursing of patients. You share responsibility for implementing nursing processes in long-term care, respite care, and palliative care, and actively help shape these.
What do I need to be successful?
In addition to your nursing qualification, you bring a few years of experience in long-term care. Caring for and nursing elderly people is your vocation. You are resilient, flexible, and value constructive collaboration.
