- Conducting and recording incoming telephone calls
- Responding to emails in the administrative area
- Receiving and processing faults
- Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice
- Fluent and accent-free German, as well as understanding of Swiss German
- Additional languages such as French, English, Italian are an advantage - a plus
- Good PC skills and good IT user knowledge
- Initial experience in technical customer support is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good communication and advisory skills complete your profile
