The Vallée de Joux Health Centre is an innovative institution employing 220 staff in Le Sentier. Following an integrated care model, its missions include hospital, medico-social, and community services. It works closely with partners from local and cantonal health and community networks. It provides the population with coordinated care and health services.
For the Stewardship service of the Temporary Reception Centre (CAT) at Les Bioux, we are looking for:
A 30% Stewardship and Beneficiary Transport Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Main activities
Cleaning premises in compliance with hospital hygiene rules. Transporting beneficiaries between their homes and the CAT, then from the CAT back to their homes. Demonstrating kindness towards beneficiaries, visitors, and colleagues.
Skills – required qualifications
• Experience in stewardship
• Possession of a driving licence
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
• Good knowledge of the Vallée de Joux
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• Mastery of cleaning techniques
• Good knowledge of hospital hygiene is a plus
• Comfortable supporting beneficiaries and attentive to their needs
• Ability to assess one’s relationship with oneself, others, the team, and management
• Adaptability in all circumstances with a positive attitude by example
