About the job

Reception and Camping:

• Independent management of the operation in the absence of the managing director
• Assistance in leading about 10 permanent employees and several temporary workers
• Daily inspection and organization of the campsite
• Contact person for all guest information
• Managing reservation lists and reservation correspondence
• Handling the main phone and email correspondence
• Making reservations for the restaurant (reservation system Aleno)
• Performing daily accounting and supporting the monthly closing
• Various administrative tasks
• Voucher management
• Assistance in creating duty rosters and time tracking
• Various administrative tasks
• Check-in and check-out (reservation system RMS)

Camping Shop:

• Sales with cash handling
• Recommendation and advice on products
• Restocking products and checking expiration dates
• Product design and purchasing, inventory management
• Order management of products
• Performing daily closings

Leadership tasks:

• Leading reception staff, camping employees, and temporary workers for parking guidance
• Creating duty rosters and time tracking
• Complaint management

• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills
• Can-do attitude with joy in work
• Good German and English skills
• Good handling of MS Office / RMS / telephone - You are between 20 and 35 years young or young at heart, enjoy your work, are very flexible during the summer season, and speak languages in addition to Swiss German.
