Your main tasks:
- You ensure professional, holistic care and support during the evening shift, take on treatment and basic nursing tasks, and competently accompany and advise clients and their relatives in everyday care.
You bring with you:
- Solid nursing experience
- Joy in working with clients at home
- Flexibility, initiative, a high sense of responsibility, and organisational skills
- Valid driving licence and your own car
