Department:AUJUEntity:General Secretariat of the Judicial Authorities (SGAJ)The General Secretariat, to which you are attached, plays a central role in the organisation of the judicial authorities. Its mission is to provide support and expertise to the governing bodies and to assume the administrative management of the judicial authorities.
Activities:As a documentary information specialist for the judicial authorities, you are responsible for organising and managing an effective and systematic control of documents. You oversee every stage, from creation to preservation of documents, as well as the methods of fixing and preserving related to their form. Your mission is to support the professions in identifying, classifying, storing and preserving documents with legal value, as well as preparing their transfers and disposals. In this context, you ensure the implementation and coordination of institutional archiving within the judicial authorities. You are also responsible for developing and deploying the institutional archiving policy, as well as drafting all useful documentation on this subject. As a key contact person, you provide information, both internally and externally, on all questions related to filing rules and archiving. Within the framework of the federal Justitia 4.0 project (digitalisation of Swiss Justice), you participate in discussions on the introduction of electronic document management and the transition to the digital case file, ensuring that the archiving policy ultimately encompasses these specificities.Desired profile:Holder of a HES bachelor’s degree as a documentary information specialist, a HES master’s degree in information sciences or an equivalent qualification, you have at least two years’ experience in institutional archiving and records management, preferably in a related or useful field for the position. Knowledge of the ArchiClass software is an asset, as is a good understanding of the judicial field and the applicable archiving rules. An excellent command of French, especially in writing, is essential. Recognised for your loyalty and discretion, you are strongly attached to public service values. Your analytical and synthesis skills are accompanied by a keen sense of responsibility and good autonomy within the respect of given directives. Organised and proactive, you take initiatives within the scope of your assigned responsibilities, adapt easily to new environments and naturally integrate into a team.
