For the DB Regio Bus companies in the Northern region (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetrieb GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH, Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH) we are seeking as soon as possible a Deputy Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for the Bad Oldesloe location.
Your tasks:
- Deputy management and organisation of the workshop
- Monitoring and processing of legal deadlines
- Vehicle acceptance and creation of diagnoses, also in the field of high-voltage technology
- Maintenance of buses
- Organisation and handling of external contracts
- Development and organisation of workshop processes
- Deputy cost centre responsibility for the maintenance of company-owned KOM
Your profile:
- Master craftsman certificate in vehicle technology
- Experience in dealing with employees and in managing a workshop operation
- Strengths in communication and comprehensive knowledge of standard IT applications (Office and initial SAP experience desirable)
- Driving licence D / DE (alternatively C / CE) or willingness to obtain it
- Qualification as a "Competent Person in the Field of High-Voltage Technology 3S" desirable or willingness to obtain it
- Willingness to travel throughout the entire area of operation (Bad Oldesloe, Bad Segeberg, Hamburg)
