Deputy Residential Area Manager (80-100%) also interested as a Vocational Trainer
Your profile
3 Qualified nurse HF with several years of nursing experience
3 Communicative, committed and reliable with high social competence
3 Flexible and empathetic
3 Good German skills in spoken and written
3 Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic nursing documentation and care needs system)
Your main tasks
3 Support of the residential area management in leadership and organisational matters
3 Active participation in the nursing team
3 Organisation and participation in medical visits, conducting family discussions
3 Responsible for the care and support of 20 residents including advising relatives
3 Care needs assessment of residents according to RAI-LTCF
3 Also interested as a vocational trainer for FaGe apprentices or HF students
