Sourcing Partner AG supports its clients as a specialised service provider in the fields of temporary staffing and public procurement. We connect people, projects and organisations and create sustainable solutions for our clients.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to take on responsibility and develop in the long term. Recruiting forms the basis, with the prospect of developing further towards client consulting, temporary staffing and public procurement.
Your tasks
- Professional support of clients and independent handling of temporary staffing mandates
- Independent recruitment of specialists
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, talent pools and other channels
- Conducting interviews and professional support of candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
- Building, supporting and maintaining a sustainable candidate pool
- Creating and publishing job advertisements as well as maintaining candidate profiles
- Coordinating appointments and administrative process support
- Gradual assumption of further tasks in public procurement and purchasing
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or temporary staffing
- Enjoyment in building client relationships and interest in business development
- Confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High initiative, motivation and willingness to learn
- Interest in familiarising yourself with purchasing and public procurement topics
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
