Deputy Group Leader: Silo System Control Room Panofina

Tasks

Deputise for the group leader of the bakery silo system control room and support in the professional leadership and coordination of the team
Ensure smooth operation of the control system as well as monitoring and control of bakery/confectionery production processes
Responsibility for production orders, recipes, process parameters and SAP/MII interfaces
Coordination and support in case of malfunctions, process deviations and technical issues in collaboration with production, engineering and other interfaces
Active participation in projects, process optimisations and training, especially in the integration of new systems and equipment

Completed training in the food/production environment or technical training, ideally with experience in industrial food production
Good knowledge of production and process control systems, SAP/MII knowledge is an advantage
Strong technical and process-oriented understanding as well as a structured and independent working style
Leadership skills and communication strength as well as the ability to guide, support and develop employees
High sense of responsibility, quality and safety awareness as well as willingness to work in the existing shift model
