Office Management
- As an organizational talent, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office. You take care of office supplies and printed materials, manage badges and lockers, and always keep an overview so that the office remains tidy and inviting.
Building & Supplier Management
- As a contact person for landlords, subtenants, as well as external service providers and suppliers, both at the headquarters and at our external locations, we can count on you. You also coordinate maintenance and repair work (e.g., cafeteria, electrical, cleaning, or property management) and ensure that our cafeteria is always well stocked.
Administration & Finance
- You take on administrative and financial tasks in daily business. This includes processing orders, checking and processing supplier invoices, as well as the financial handling of rental contracts. You also keep an eye on our office locations and parking spaces and ensure that bookings, payments, and reconciliations are correct and timely. You are responsible for the structured filing and maintenance of our archive.
- You have a commercial basic education or a business diploma and bring experience in a similar area of responsibility.
- Using MS Office is a matter of course for you (knowledge of SAP is an advantage).
- Independently, reliably, and precisely, you always keep an overview even with diverse tasks.
- A pronounced hands-on mentality, service orientation, and joy in varied work characterize you.
- Good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile - additional language skills in French, English, or Italian are a plus.
