What is my role?

As a CNC turner, you take on a central role in the production of high-quality precision components. You work independently on modern CNC lathes and contribute significantly to the quality of the products.

• You independently set up and operate modern CNC lathes

• You manufacture highly precise components according to specifications and drawings

• You create and optimise CNC programmes directly at the machine

• You carry out quality checks and document the results

• You ensure that all dimensional and quality requirements are met

• You contribute your ideas to improve production processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma, production mechanic with a Federal VET Diploma, or equivalent

• Experience in CNC turning as well as in setting up and programming CNC lathes

• Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment

• Knowledge of common CNC controls (e.g. Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens) is an advantage

• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts
