At our headquarters in Spreitenbach, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, to strengthen the administrative sales and service centre, for a communicative and service-oriented personality as
Administrative Clerk 100% (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- Maintaining customer master data
- Maintaining inventory data in the system and recording changes
- Drafting and maintaining service contracts
- Invoicing (contract invoices, repair invoices, credit notes)
- General correspondence and administrative tasks
- Creating inventory lists and activity reports for customers
- Managing the telephone switchboard and reception
- Mail handling
- Maintaining and updating the HOSPITEC homepage
- Booking travel / hotels
- Supporting the sales department and management
- Deputy for the dispatch team (recording fault reports by email and telephone)
Your profile
- Commercial basic training is a must
- Your German is at native level, good French in spoken and written form
- Professional experience in administrative processing
- A flair for numbers, services and interest in medical technology
- Proficient in MS Office, Wordpress knowledge is a big plus
- Committed, dynamic and friendly personality
