The Childhood Service of the City of Morges offers various services to support parents and help them balance professional and family life: collective preschool and after-school care, school restaurants, support for new parents, activities for children and families.
The City of Morges' day care for children is looking for, for its preschool and after-school sites:
Substitute childhood care workers for all sites
(APE, ASE, ES)
We offer:
- a motivating educational practice within a modern care structure imbued with values such as respect, communication, and authenticity
Main tasks:
- ensure collective care of children (meals, hygiene, activities, etc.)
- guarantee quality care in line with the educational project
- guide children in discovering themselves, their environment, and group life
- collaborate with educational teams
- substitutions for all structures, age range from 0 to 12 years
We are looking for:
- experience in caring for children (family or collective care)
- experience with children with special needs is an asset
- availability for at least two full days per week
- autonomy, flexibility, adaptability, kindness, interpersonal skills
Start date: February 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon
