At our Cargo Logistics Centre Schwarzenbach, you are part of a 170-strong family. Near the Thur, you will find generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

• Independent scheduling of national general cargo transports as well as partial and full loads, taking into account economic and ecological aspects
• Central interface between sales, customers, and driving personnel: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
• Personal customer support and competent advice over the phone
• Leadership, deployment planning, and support of driving personnel
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
• Handling various administrative tasks in daily business

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
• Professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the general cargo sector
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation between approx. 04:30–22:30)
• High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
