Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of operational purchasing of materials and services in the purchase-to-stock and purchase-to-order environment
Processing and monitoring of purchase requisitions, orders, and delivery dates including escalation management
Supplier support as the first point of contact for orders, order confirmations, and invoice approvals
Conducting request for quotations and handling individual procurements within defined guidelines
Support in handling supplier complaints, deviations, and warranty cases
Maintenance and evaluation of key figures such as delivery reliability and supplier performance
Close cooperation with material planning, strategic purchasing, and other internal interfaces
Accompanying and supporting apprentices in daily business
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training EFZ in commercial or technical field, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing or as a technical buyer
Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, material planning, or a comparable function
Confident handling of SAP S/4HANA as well as common MS Office applications
Technical understanding, preferably in an industrial environment
Independent, resilient personality with strong communication skills and team orientation
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
