Responsibilities
Welcome, inform and guide candidates as well as hotel employees
Establish, monitor and control declarations (accidents, illnesses, maternity) and social insurances
Manage arrival and departure formalities of employees (permit requests, allowances, etc.)
Handle various administrative tasks of the HR office (mail management, correspondence related to personnel movements)
Manage apartments and houses rented to employees
Keep employee files up to date
Prepare HR statistics
Participate in organizing leisure activities for employees
Profile sought
Mastery of the social insurance system
Knowledge of Swiss labor legislation, especially the collective agreement "CCNT"
Accounting knowledge
Basic knowledge in human resources
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Organized, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team spirit, flexibility
Analytical and synthesis skills
Listening skills, empathy, versatility
Initiative
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bilingual French/English (another language is an asset)
- Knowledge of Mirus and Adequasys is an asset
