- Leading the store staff and creating duty rosters
- Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
- Support in recruiting new employees and apprentices
- Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
- Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
- Ensuring concept-faithful and appealing product presentation
- Supervision, training and development of apprentices and employees
- Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated post agency
- Handling various administrative tasks
We look forward to this profile
- Completed training in retail with EFZ or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Very good knowledge of German
- High willingness for flexible working hours
- Independent and reliable working style
- High social and professional competence
- Trainer certificate is an advantage
Up to 7 weeks vacation
