What you will do
- Management and execution of timber construction projects: You are responsible for organising and supervising the work on site
- General carpentry work: This includes tasks in new construction, conversion and renovation
- Leading and motivating employees: As foreman, you lead and motivate your team to achieve work goals
- Quality assurance: You ensure that the work meets the established quality standards and safety requirements
- Work preparation (AVOR): You take on smaller tasks in planning and preparing the work
Your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ, as well as relevant further training or experience
- Enjoyment in leading and supporting employees
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and motivation
- Good rapport with customers
