To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person for a permanent position at the Geneva site as Sector Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are an integral part of our kitchen team and work with fresh products, which we preferably purchase from regional suppliers.
- You take charge of and serve our demanding customers in the front-cooking area.
- You ensure at all times the preparation of products, their freshness, and quality.
- You contribute to creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
- You ensure that the assigned area is well organised, clean, and complete for the entire team.
- You create a dynamic working atmosphere and transmit positive energy to the team.
- You consistently comply with prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- You have preferably completed a basic training as a chef/cook with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or as a system restaurateur/restauratrice with a CFC.
- You already have extensive professional experience in a similar role.
- You are experienced in personnel management and can inspire your team with excellent leadership qualities.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and maintain your calm and overview in busy situations.
- You convince with your sales intuition, special sensitivity to our customers, and positive energy.
- You place great importance on an autonomous, clean, and motivated working style.
- You use available resources carefully and sustainably.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
