IT Business Analyst with a Focus on Project Management / 80-100%, Fixed-Term

Would you like to actively shape the introduction of a new case management system at the Social Services in a service-oriented manner? Then you are in the right place! We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual (initially fixed-term for 1 year) to support our IT specialists.

Your Tasks

• Sub-project management for specific work packages within the project to introduce the new case management system (from tendering to implementation)
• Analysis, documentation and prioritisation of the professional requirements for the case management system as well as development of solution proposals
• Analysis and development of migration requirements
• Analysis and documentation of interface requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in the introduction of large and complex applications, preferably case management systems in social welfare
• Sound knowledge of project management methods (e.g. Hermes), business analysis techniques and ideally experience in application operations
• Affinity for data as well as knowledge of MS SQL
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
