To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented and skilled individual as a Certified Bike Mechanic at Thömus AG.
Your tasks – You make a difference:
• You carry out service, repair and maintenance work on customer bikes.
• You work independently and with a customer focus.
• You skilfully meet customer requests as a service provider and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You record, coordinate and process orders routinely using our digital tools.
• You share our commitment to providing every customer with the perfect bike – technically flawless and individually tailored.
• You are willing to participate in social rides and help us expand them.
• You have a flair for sales and enjoy customer contact.
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have completed training as a Certified Bike Mechanic or have an equivalent qualification.
• You have completed the trainer course or are willing to do so.
• You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding yourself.
• You have a strong interest in technology and are keen to contribute to the further development of Thömus bikes.
• You work independently, carefully and flexibly – even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in.
• Teamwork, reliability and a shared goal are natural to you – you are motivated to develop yourself and the team further.
