To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, analytical, and communicative personality as Process Development Manager (f/m/d) 100%.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the further development of our Business Process Management and accompany improvement initiatives throughout the entire cycle – from analysis through implementation to success control. You will work closely with managers, departments, and corporate functions and make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of our organisation. You can expect a committed team that looks forward to collaborating with you and actively further developing processes and workflows together with you. 

What tasks will you take on?  

You will 

• further develop company-wide Business Process Management – together with the management of E+H Switzerland and the relevant specialists in the E+H Group – and ensure the maintenance and further development of the process landscape. 

• identify improvement potentials in processes and interfaces, analyse process metrics, and implement sustainable optimisation measures together with the departments. 

• moderate workshops with colleagues (management team, managers, and employees) for process recording, interface clarification, and continuous improvement, as well as apply lean and problem-solving methods. 

• coordinate cross-departmental improvement initiatives and act as a contact person for corporate, process owners, and departments. 

• take on defined tasks in Quality Management and represent the Director of Quality Management on selected topics. 

What do we expect from you? ​  

You 

• have a business, technical, or comparable educational background and bring interest in the other discipline 

• bring experience in process management, continuous improvement, lean management (e.g. Green Belt), or a comparable environment. 

• think analytically, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and derive pragmatic solutions from complex contexts. 

• convince through communication skills, moderation competence, and the ability to win over different stakeholders for change. 

• enjoy influencing cross-functionally, bringing people together, motivating them, and anchoring improvements sustainably. 

• You have a strong affinity for digital solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP, and BPM systems) and use modern technologies purposefully. You recognise the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and use it responsibly to increase efficiency, quality, and customer orientation. 

• Very good German skills, good English skills, French is an advantage
