YOUR TASK

Ensure and specifically further develop nursing quality
Advise employees professionally and support them in complex situations
Participate in RAI, care planning, and nursing documentation
Develop and implement concepts, standards, and instructions
Design training, specialist inputs, quality projects, and audits
Represent the management of care and support

WHAT YOU BRING

Diploma in nursing HF/FH or equivalent recognised qualification
Experience in long-term care
Interest in quality development
High social and communication skills
Independent, structured working style
Enjoy passing on knowledge and empowering employees
Knowledge of RAI LTCF Switzerland is an advantage
