Location: Rue du Collège 3, 1800 Vevey
As a patient relations officer, you will have various responsibilities:
- Satisfy and retain patients by personalising the service offered
- Ambassador and guarantor of the Ardentis Group’s image
- Follow patients throughout their care journey
- Ensure patient satisfaction and handle complaints
- Quality control of the reception environment
- Create and transfer files between clinics
- Maintain the clinic’s visual communication according to Marketing guidelines
- Manage and optimise practitioners’ schedules
- Various administrative tasks (emails, letter writing)
Profile, training and skills:
- Training in hospitality, client relations agent, CFC, CAP, BTS level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist/host role in the tourism sector
- Good command of French (C1-C2 level)
- Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Leadership, able to support and coordinate
- Organisational skills, broad vision, ability to take a step back
- Great ease in human relations, patient service (listening and communication skills)
- Exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, dynamism and availability
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Ability to assimilate new knowledge
- Strong interest in digitalisation
