In this key role, you actively shape the establishment of a new location and take real co-responsibility for the fiduciary and financial management of clients. As an entrepreneurial personality, you influence the development of the location, make decisions with tangible impact and ensure comprehensive, high-quality consulting. You operate in an environment built on trust, quality and collaboration, which offers you a high level of creative freedom. Responsibilities:
- You lead and shape the fiduciary location in Baden and act as a strong personality in a partner role within OBT
- In this role, you lead a committed team of around 13 employees, develop talents further and promote a culture of quality and personal responsibility
- You actively position OBT in the Baden region in the market and build sustainable customer relationships
- In this function, you actively participate in day-to-day business and cover the entire spectrum of the fiduciary area, from accounting and tax consulting to controlling and succession planning
- As Head of Fiduciary Partner, you take on business management consulting and support your clients
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification at expert level in fiduciary, auditing, accounting and controlling or taxation
- You bring several years of experience in a fiduciary company and know the industry inside out
- You have an existing network around Baden
- You lead with clarity, empathy and entrepreneurial foresight and understand how to motivate and develop people
- You convince with high customer orientation and professionalism
- You have a strong commitment to quality
