ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You support the international rollout of a cloud ERP solution at subsidiaries and continuously develop already implemented sites. In this versatile position, you analyse overall contexts, create requirement specifications considering technical system requirements, and develop well-founded solution proposals and decision-making bases. You provide user support and training in the ERP area and maintain user and system documentation. You combine analytical, networked thinking with a communicative, dynamic personality and actively contribute to international ERP projects.
Responsibilities:
You support the international rollout of the cloud ERP solution at subsidiaries
You continuously develop already implemented subsidiaries
You analyse overall contexts and create requirement specifications considering technical system requirements
You develop solution proposals and decision-making bases based on the recorded requirements
You provide user support and training in the ERP area
Additionally, you maintain and complete user and system documentation
Qualifications:
You have a completed education in business informatics or a comparable qualification
You bring qualified experience and/or training in project management; experience in agile project methodology is an advantage
You have proven experience in the maintenance and support of an ERP system
You think analytically and in a networked way and are a dynamic, communicative personality
You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written
You are willing to travel approximately 20%
