For this meaningful task, we are looking for a personality in product management who takes responsibility and wants to make an impact with us. You will further develop our product portfolio as the interface between customer needs from the market and technical development – with a clear focus on real added value for the people who use our products.

What you can achieve
- Maintain and further develop our product range
- Phase in / phase out products and accompany them throughout the product lifecycle
- Commercial project management in product developments
- Incorporate market and customer requirements into product development
- Build and expand know-how through regular presence in the OR, specialist conferences, and trade fairs
- Conduct OR trials for further/new product development
- Usability, validation, and verification of new or further developed products
- Develop and create training concepts
- Create profitability calculations and sales plans for the respective product groups
- Ensure the required product documentation
What sets you apart
- You have successfully completed a technical basic education or a technical degree, supplemented by business management training or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained valuable experience in product management
- You enjoy working in a team and approach tasks with a solution-oriented "can-do" attitude
- You convince with your strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and talent for organization
- Ideally, you already have experience in project management
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- You are willing to travel about 20% of your working time
- You feel enthusiasm for medical devices and look forward to exchanging ideas with users in the operating room
- And very importantly: You are curious, courageous, and want to move forward daily with the team
