ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIALISATION COORDINATOR

LNS is a Swiss multinational employing more than 980 staff, a world leader in the development, production and marketing of peripherals for machine tools. We are located near Biel, in the heart of the Greater Chasseral region.

To strengthen our "Operations" department, we are looking for a:

YOUR MISSION AND CHALLENGES:

Do you want to play a key role between engineering, production and supply chain in a technical and stimulating industrial environment?

As an Engineering & Industrialisation Coordinator, you are responsible for the proper industrialisation of our products and the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You turn technical developments into concrete and reliable solutions for production, while ensuring the quality of data and processes in our ERP.
On a daily basis, you:

• Manage the industrialisation of products and ensure their proper production launch
• Manage and optimise articles, bills of materials (BOM) and ERP data
• Coordinate product changes (ECN) and their implementation with various departments
• Ensure follow-up of industrial files, costs, deadlines and production times
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, tools and production methods

YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

• Experience in industrialisation or methods in an industrial environment
• Higher technical education (ES, HES or equivalent)
• Good command of an ERP/MES; knowledge of Infor M3 is an asset
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English
• Analytical mind, rigorous and organised, with a solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable with coordination, communication and cross-functional work
• Initiative and continuous improvement mindset
