Team Leader: Insurance Medicine 80 - 100 %

What you achieve
- In your role, you take on the operational management of about 15 people (doctors and assistants).
- You convey the values of insurance medicine and ensure a high quality of assessments within your team.
- You set clear goals for your team, promote its development and ensure that the workflow is maintained.
- You actively participate in change management and quality improvement in insurance medicine.
- Assessments based on dossiers or within the framework of examinations of the insured also belong to your tasks.
What you bring
- You have completed specialist training (orthopaedics, surgery, neurology, etc.) and ideally have some management experience.
- You already have practical experience in insurance medicine and have ideally completed further training (e.g. SIM).
- You are known for your dynamism, strong social skills, leadership qualities and initiative.
- You are a driver of innovation and are committed to the active evaluation of technical issues.
- You have French as your mother tongue (or equivalent level) but ideally have good knowledge of German. Italian is a plus.
