Your Tasks
- You are responsible for debt collection in German as well as French or Italian and manage your own collection files
- You prepare submissions and lawsuits to courts and arbitration authorities in a legally impeccable manner
- You record fee invoices
- You carry out documentation and reporting
- You write correspondence with offices and authorities
- You support the branches in all collection-related topics
- You participate in projects and process improvements within the department
Your Profile
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in business administration (HF or similar)
- You bring several years of professional experience in debt collection and bankruptcy law (SchKG) as well as ideally in rental (OR) and civil procedure law (ZPO)
- Your native language is German and you can communicate well in French or Italian (Level B2)
- You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
- You have an affinity for digitalization, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
