Our client is an innovative Swiss company based in Aargau that develops and produces high-quality specialties for the national and international confectionery industry. As part of an international corporate group, it combines economic stability with a family-oriented corporate culture and short decision-making paths. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a motivated individual to start immediately or by arrangement as a Production Employee 100% (3-shift).

Production Employee in the Food Sector

- Conducting quality and deadline controls with documentation

- Responsibility for efficient warehouse management according to the FIFO principle

- Manufacturing high-quality confectionery specialties according to specified standards

- Compliance with all quality guidelines during the production process

- Assisting with the recording of production and inspection processes

- Willingness to work in a three-shift system is mandatory

- Completed vocational training in the food industry required

- Good oral and written German skills required

- Experience in industrial manufacturing is an advantage

- Independent, reliable and adaptable working style

- Precision and efficiency in all activities

- Committed personality with team orientation and willingness to work
