Polymechanic and Vocational Trainer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You train our polymechanic and production mechanic apprentices and teach them your craft

• You coach the talents of tomorrow for their interim and final exams as well as IPAs

• Together with HR, you recruit the next generation

• You organise the training - from weekly planning to the annual programme

• In semester discussions, you provide constructive feedback and prepare educational reports

• You produce small series on modern CNC machines

• You build prototypes with conventional machines

• You set up various machining centres

• You develop and optimise CNC programmes via CAM (TopSolid) as well as directly on the machines (Heidenhain & Fanuc)

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ

• Several years of professional experience, ideally with apprentices

• Completed vocational trainer course

• Independent working style with quality awareness

• Flexibility and team player mentality

• Very good German language skills
