• Management and organization of construction sites in timber construction
• Work on the construction site combined with leadership and coordination
• Leading and motivating a team of skilled workers and apprentices
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Contact person for construction management and customers on site
• Assignments in new construction, extensions, conversions, and renovations

• Training as a carpenter EFZ with further training as a timber construction foreman
• Professional experience in timber construction, ideally already in a leadership role
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoy working with people and wood
• Driver's license category B (forklift license is an advantage)
