As a Manager, you will invest yourself in three main areas: business development & client relations, recruitment and team leadership, financial management and performance.

Responsibilities

Business development & client relations

Identify prospects through market analysis and direct approaches
Contact potential clients, organise meetings to present our expertise and generate new business opportunities
Manage and maintain existing accounts, ensuring strong and satisfactory client relationships

Recruitment and team leadership

Attract and recruit the best talents with the appropriate expertise and skills
Coach and support your team to help them develop and succeed
Ensure project success and maintain a high level of consultant satisfaction

Financial management and performance

Oversee the well-being and success of your operational unit
Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimise results
Lead daily operations and create a dynamic working environment for your team

About you

Holder of a Master’s degree in business or engineering
Some initial experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
Structured, organised, competitive, collaborative and innovative mindset
Ability to thrive in a demanding environment where excellence and continuous learning are key objectives
Proven communication and leadership skills
