• Team leadership: You lead a team, continuously develop it and promote collaboration. You coordinate project assignments for your team members.
• Personnel management: You take care of recruiting, further development and retention of employees.
• Further development: You drive adesso's services forward on current topics such as AI.
• Market observation and trend analysis: You monitor the market and current trends and develop ideas for service innovations from them.
• Customer relationships: You continuously build and expand your customer network. You are the direct contact for our customers, expand customer relationships and are operationally involved in projects. You see it as your task to advise customers strategically and methodically around Life Sciences.
• Project work: You contribute your expertise as a project manager, business analyst or similar roles and take on leadership roles in projects.
• Strategic and methodical consulting of Life Science customers in all questions concerning adesso services.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING

• Education: You have completed a degree in business informatics or natural sciences, or equivalent, or have another suitable qualification.
• Methodical knowledge: Methodical and practical experience in project management and business analysis.
• Experience: Several years of practical professional experience in consulting for Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, medical technology) customers. You are characterised by good conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication strength and quick comprehension. Your appearance is convincing and confident.
• Leadership qualities: You have several years of experience leading a consulting team, can build and further develop a team.
• Communication: You appreciate constant exchange with all parties involved, are socially competent and communicate confidently and appropriately for the target group.
• Language skills: You speak very good German (C1) and fluent English (B2) and are willing to travel.
